About me...
I completed initial counselling training in 2016. Prior to this, my background is in child protection, partner on partner violence and the criminal justice system (23 years).
My continued training includes accreditation with Relate as a relationship therapist, psychotherapist and counselling psychologist with Metanoia Institute where I have recently completed academic research focusing on neurodivergence.
My varied certifications allow me to work integratively, which means I use various approaches to suit you best, including CBT, psychodynamic and humanistic therapy.
