About me...

I completed my initial counselling training in 2016. Before this, I spent 23 years in child protection, dealing with partner on partner violence and working within the criminal justice system. My training includes accreditation with Relate as a relationship therapist, senior accreditation with NCPS, accreditation with BACP and UKCP registered psychotherapist. 

My academic research focuses on neurodivergent therapy over the last 8 years. 

My diverse certifications enable me to offer various forms of therapy, including ADHD therapy, couples counselling, and gender-affirming therapy. I work integratively, employing approaches like CBT, psychodynamic, and humanistic therapy to best suit your needs and to meet you where you are in life.
