 I trained as a Counsellor in 2016. I have a background in child protection and criminal justice.

Continued training includes accreditation with Relate as a relationship therapist, psychotherapist and counselling psychologist.

My varied certifications allow me to work integratively, which means I use various approaches to suit you the best, including CBT, psychodynamic and humanistic therapy.

I am an accredited (BACP; Relate) relationship, couples and individual counsellor and a clinical psychotherapist, registered with the UKCP.
