What's Available
All fees are per session. The free introductory call is always the best place to start — no obligation, no pressure.
A relaxed, informal conversation to explore whether we are a good fit. We can talk about what you are looking for, how I work, and any questions you have. There is no pressure and no commitment.

Not seeing your insurer? Get in touch — coverage varies and Maria may still be able to work with your provider.
When I'm Available
Sessions are available in-person in Hornchurch, Havering, Essex and online via Zoom across the UK.
Availability may vary. The online booking system shows live availability up to 8 weeks ahead.
Where We Meet
Sessions take place in a private, comfortable therapy room in Hornchurch, Havering, Essex. Accessible by public transport and with parking nearby.
Online sessions are available to clients anywhere in the UK. Equally effective as in-person therapy — and often more accessible, particularly for neurodivergent clients.
How It Works
Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments are charged at the full session fee.
Sessions are typically weekly, particularly at the start of therapy. Fortnightly sessions are available once the work is established.
Payment is due before or at the time of each session. Bank transfer and card payments accepted. Insurance clients: please check your policy covers psychotherapy.
Everything discussed in sessions is confidential, with the standard ethical exceptions (risk of serious harm). Full details in the therapy agreement.
Appointments can be booked up to 8 weeks in advance. The online booking system shows live availability — or contact Maria directly to discuss your needs.
The best first step is a free 15-minute introductory call. This is a no-obligation conversation to see if we are the right fit before committing to sessions.
